My journey

My name is Nikola, and since the age of 10, sport has been an integral part of my life. I started with athletics and combat sports, where I learned to develop discipline and rigor. Later, I turned to bodybuilding, and after 13 years of intense training, I experimented with various methods to understand what really works. In 2018, I chose a different path: bodyweight training and running, completely abandoning the gym.

This method allowed me to build a defined, dense, and functional physique while protecting my joints. Contrary to what many believed, running didn't reduce my muscle mass; it actually accelerated my metabolism and gave me an even leaner physique. I also strengthened my mental fortitude by training outdoors, facing the elements like cold and heat. This approach allowed me to evolve both physically and mentally.

I'm 100% natural. No doping, just patience, discipline, and a structured training program. My goal with this program is to show everyone that a physique like mine is achievable naturally, by following a smart and comprehensive training plan.
